Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

Thanks for shopping at Second Nature. We are totally committed to customer satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. If you find you're not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to return it for a refund or replacement. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product.
  • Requests for returns and refunds are only available within 45 days of the date you received the item. 
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Exception: we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item). 
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. 
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment.
    • CASH: Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing that the original form of payment was cash.
    • CREDIT CARD: All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that the item was purchased on. In the event that credit card is no longer available, we will issue a store credit in the form of a Second Nature gift card or certificate. Gift cards and certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.
    • CHECK: All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be issued in the form of a Second Nature business check. Note: only local checks are accepted.
  • There are a few things that are not returnable or refundable:
    • Gift cards or certificates
    • Clearance items
    • Perishable food items
    • Shipping costs
  • Items that are opened/damaged/receipt-less may be denied a refund or exchange. However, please contact us, because we will try our best to accommodate your situation.
  • We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time, as needed.
How to Cancel an Order
Most orders ship within THREE business days. Please call us immediately at 907-766-2992 if you should choose to cancel your order. We promise to make every effort to cancel your order before it ships. If we’re unable to cancel an item before it ships, it will be subject to our standard return policy. We’ll confirm all cancellations submitted to us, whether successful or not, via email.
